When are you guys gonna learn that chicken farms are bad for the community and for resource generation!? For a chicken to spawn, a chicken must die, remember that rule!

Here’s a simple free-range design that is much more efficient:

    WWWWWW
    WCCCCW
    WWWWWW

It lasts forever, anyone can access the spawned chickens for feathers, and the builder doesn’t matter. Here is where it gets interesting:

We use the chicken spawning rules to systematically spawn all of the chickens into a localized area, boxing them up so they can ship out more chickens in this specific area. It’s a community effort as personal farms will need to be destroyed and public houses will need to be built. Repairs will need to be made and initially chickens will need to wrangled.

Here is my vision for a final product

    C C C C C C C C C C C C C
    WWWWW C C C C C C WWWWW C C
    C WCCCCW C C C WWWWW C C C WCCCCW C
    WWWWW C C CWCCCCW C C CC WWWWW C C

    C C C C C C WCCCCW C C C C C C
    C C C C C C WWWWW C C C C C C

LOOK AT ALL OF THOSE CHICKENS!!

Someone can just swoop in and harvest 200 feathers and then leave, and the next batch is ready within minutes! Shit nothing is lining up.

A certain someone’s personality disorder really shines through on pewpew. Hey, is ragnarok still on if you get additional time or character deletion for ban circumvention?

Yeah I dunno what you’re on about dude, I wrote that reply before I saw you post.

Let’s not make this a police thread, I don’t think anyone wants to enforce, or have laws enforced on them. Instead, let’s make this into an educational thread.

With no coops, everyone has the ability to go out whenever the mood strikes them and collect 20-50 feathers. With coops, no one can do that, and only coop holders can harvest their coops for an astoundingly small amount of feathers for the time consumed. This is an inefficient and selfish practice.

The way freedom works, at least from my interpretation, is that you are free to do whatever you like, as long as it does not encroach on another’s freedom. That being said, building coops is clearly encroaching on Vusal’s freedom, his tribe’s freedom, and undoubtedly other individuals who have not taken a voice.

There is motivation enough for Vusal to retaliate, destroying your chicken coops. I wouldn’t blame him, I might even offer him praise for fighting a good fight. Two things I want you to take away from this is:
    1) Don’t be so greedy that you steal food from the mouth of another for a small convenience.
    2) This issue will probably police itself, and you need to decide now if you want it to be civil or not.

You heard em’. You want chickens? Go take them from someone weaker than you. I think the russian mob will be fine to brute force them from whoever they like, as long as there isn’t a Merry Men tag.

I’ve always been against chicken coops, preferring the free range variety myself. I would certainly vote to dismantle and prohibit the use of coops.

I actually think you can collect more feathers in a shorter span of time by hunting wild chickens, IF, there are zero coops. Lets break down how the coop actually works. You have 2, 3, 4, whatever amount of chickens that never die inside of 10+ coops worldwide. That alone makes the chicken spawns slow to a crawl. You may only manage to collect 20 feathers a day per coop. However, with all wild chickens, you can easily find 20 feathers just walking to and from your neighbor’s house across the map.

So all we’ve really done is choked the chicken for the sake of convenience. Just so we don’t have to leave the safety of our homes. What a sick and disgusting act. No more I say!

Those are old compasses. The sprites and stats don’t update when stuff gets changed. It will change in your inventory, but not on the ground. If you just trash them you won’t see it anymore.

Nope, that’s an accurate representation of collective ideal. Quality of life features.

Cool. It’s good to know there is uniformity in Frost Legion’s ideals of hiding sensitive information from the developer in fear that he might change the game as a result.

I just want to be clear that I don’t question the legitimacy or usefulness of this extension, only the integrity of the people who developed and supported it. I mean between hiding this, the secret shit starting alts, the unreported bug abuse, the unjust base sieges and kills. You guys don’t have much of a moral leg left to stand on.

I gotta say though it’s been real nice around here without Frost Legion breathing down everyone’s necks these last 3 weeks. Gonna be a real shame when the 14 riders of the apocalypse come destroy the world.

I think you misunderstood, I was replying to this:

It will be interesting to see the rules update to reflect a long-standing stance vs client side extensions, and bans be applied/extended retroactively!

Too bad I reported it weeks ago nerd. Then it gets publicly released after 90% of the server already caught wind of it, what a chuckle. So FL had a macro suite. What a big exciting revelation, who would’ve thought.

Whats really interesting is that you all passed it around and tried to keep it from the developer. Guess you were worried that it might be illegal or looked down on, but you didn’t have any problems using it. Goes a long way to show the real face of Frost Legion!

According to your screenshot, Dyrir, Jopah, Sephi, Sir, and yourself were all in my base and killed me for nothing. So the natural response is to retaliate when given the opportunity. You broke into SPKrylos base too, so of course he decided to help us. I’m sure your tribe would have played nice if you thought there would be a backlash like this, but you didn’t know, so you weren’t nice. You thought you could throw your weight around with your 5k gem enhanced items and macro trained exploration. You would’ve gotten away with it too if you weren’t at least half a tribe of liars and cheats.

So what did Dyrir do? Well #1 he protected the biggest scum on the server, we didn’t have any choice but to kill him. What did Jopah do? We didn’t kill Jopah. Odovir killed Jopah. I feel bad for your tribe really. I think Jopah and Dyrir were probably both stand up guys who wanted what was good for the community. But they let the bad apples of the tribe use them, so we couldn’t just let it continue. I’m sure it caused them grief and stress that they want to take out on someone, too bad that someone isn’t the people who deserve it.

The point I’m trying to make here is that FL didn’t get raided to “level the playing field.” You got raided because you exploited, destroyed, looted, and murdered. You should have played nice. You’d all be alive and still have your items if you did.

Yeah those people who were still playing, they’re the real victims of your war. I totally tried to offer you a 1 on 1 duel in a closed arena so they wouldn’t have to fight when you declared war on the Merry Men. But you wouldn’t have it! So what choice did we have really. If only you didn’t declare a personal war and then involve your whole tribe, they wouldn’t have had to pay the price!

This isn’t fair. No one told us we would be killed for breaking into an abandoned castle of a bunch of players who said they quit. Y’all up and quit, and then did take backsies after we broke in, totally unfair. You can’t just retroactively punish us when you didn’t even post that we couldn’t have your stuff. Sheesh, what a double standard. Seriously, if we knew we were gonna get punished we wouldn’t have done it.

But seriously, there’s no one to repair the roads, so we all quit.

No, but seriously, we’re sorry. Please don’t kill us Ceasar, please, seriously.

I’m making the case that exterminating an entire tribe without warning because two of its members used an exploit to kill six people is unjustified in the absence of a set of terms that explicitly defines that as a potential punishment.

Jesus dude, are you even reading or comprehending anything in this thread.

Imagine one of your members talked about an exploit in chat then used it to kill several people. Would it be right for everyone in that discussion to receive one week bans?

If none of them report it? Yes. Yes to everything else that followed. I can say almost matter of factly that Frost Legion would be the first ones in line to kill banned players. They salivate for an excuse to kill people.

Ivana did prove it. No one in their right mind buys this crazy Frost Legion propaganda anyway. You’re just making yourself look dumb for FL high fives, not doing a service for the community.
