    Decor patch will probably follow the patch with the new castle area, so if you guys have any other suggestions for it feel free to leave them here 🙂

    We’re hoping to get it out this month ^_^ Fixing high priority bugs and performance issues can sometimes delay the big content releases, but things have been progressing okay this month so far 🙂

    Thanks for the report! This should be fixed now, but let us know if you’re still experiencing issues and the dev will look into it again.

    There’s still a separate issue with abilities getting stuck in certain situations – the dev is looking into this, but we haven’t been able to reliably reproduce it yet. If anyone discovers how to, let us know. Thanks!

    Spamming chat with inappropriate content can lead to suspensions – you can send a contact form to us with the name of the user, time/day this occurred, and any screenshots if you have them. The dev is also planning to release his auto moderation system this week, which should help with situations like these since we’re not always able to respond/react as quickly as we’d like. Encouraging others to use /ignore on this person will help for now, because the new system will take that into account 🙂

    Hi AccepT! I had actually sent a reply to your first ticket a week ago but later received an email saying, “Address not found, your message wasn’t delivered.” I see now there appears to be a typo in the return email you provided for both of your tickets.

    I’m not sure what you’re referring to concerning the dev returning items. There’s no system in place to reimburse items lost due to bugs or otherwise. Also we haven’t received other reports of your issue as far as I’m aware, but we definitely appreciate the details you’ve provided to help us solve this issue.

    Whenever I see a bug report or suggestions in contact forms, emails, forums, or discord I send them to the Admin and they get sorted into a todo list. Sorry if it seems like bug fixes aren’t coming fast enough, they can take a while for us to reproduce especially if they’re rare. There’s a lot of development going on behind the scenes, and higher priority projects can push some bugs down the list. If you find out anything else or can provide the names of players who’ve had a similar experience, please send in another report through the contact form so we can narrow down the problem and hopefully reproduce it. Thanks! 🙂

    Thanks for the feedback everyone! We are definitely looking into it and trying to narrow down the cause since it seems to only happen for some people.

    Sorry about that! It’s high priority on his bug list, so hopefully he’ll have it fixed soon. The longer fixes take usually means that the bug is rare or difficult for us to reproduce. Until it’s fixed, be careful transferring valuables to alts. At the moment there’s not a system in place for reimbursement of items/resources lost due to bugs yet, but sometimes items are “stranded” in the database and can reappear on their own.

    You’re still getting low wool rates because your sheep are hungry 🙂

    The dev notes aren’t out yet and changes are still being tested, but sheep have a ‘wool rate’ now. So if you keep them well fed over a period of time they will start producing wool more rapidly.

    This has been a high priority bug for a while, though it’s hard to reproduce reliably. JVH updated some code related to this today so it could possibly be fixed. Keep us updated if you notice any changes. Thanks!

    I think this was meant for all areas, though it’s probably undergoing adjustments still. JVH has been pretty busy and has someone helping out with various changes currently being tested. He hasn’t had time to get dev notes together yet, but hopefully soon.
