    i also got that plant in inventory, but no idea how just later noticed it.
    i kinda think i got it from picking it up while disconcting or something when i lagged.
    but i didnt notice when exaxly so idk for sure.

    You can pick up every plant in the game that is not solid. It is a quite harmless bug and I find it very usefull for ms or ug base decorations.
