So at level 40 skill level in wood chopping u get max return from trees and every level after 40 serves no purpose.

I was thinking about adding birdnests as something u retrieve from the trees as they are being cut. With these birds nests when used will yield some items. One of which being tinder which it will produce 100 percent of 1-3 tinder. Other items would work on your woodcutting level. The items wood be random including seeds gravel dirt and with rare chance armours and stuff with higher levels.

Cut woodcutting efficiency in half, so that max return from trees is only obtained at 90+, same as with mining. Cap at 40 looks like a bug tbh.

Higher woodcutting also increases the chance to yield a pinecone.
