    There gets a point in each robe where u want to give authority over to someone like,recruiter or you don’t want to be the leader but, the emperor, better yet rename recruits to soldiers with custom ranks the tribe can have more fun,a better experience,if they roleplay this would help them and it should be realtivly easy to do
