With some yarn and aloe you can make bandages which are useful to heal your allies and pets. They even work during battle and can be targeted so this will help those who prefer supporting roles. Your healing abilities will get better over time.

New item ‘Shears’ can gather wool from sheep without having to kill them. Similarly you can now milk cows with empty buckets. If the animals don’t have enough grass they wont produce any good milk or wool. Sheep and Cows will now mate and breed properly. There was a bug up until now where they were antisocial and would only mate with themselves, producing no offspring.

Now when a dog kills someone it will show the owner’s family name in the death text.

Spindles produce less yarn per wool now that wool gathering is easier.

In addition to milk there is a new crop for food: Tomatoes. More is coming in preparation for the new cooking system.
