    I’ve been attempting to add ancient runes to a normal bone dagger. I haven’t gotten a single rune to stick (~20 attempts) except from other bone daggers. Also despite the dagger now being Ancient(3) it still doesn’t have a level requirement.

    I’m hesitant to use more fodder items on it but it’s also a pain trying to make low level crafting bone daggers with ancient to get it past (3). Is there something odd going on with items below a level 0 equip requirement and glowing altar mechanics?

    Edit:

    I threw a few enchants on it but still not seeing a level req.

    Should be +15 lvls at this point between the runes and enchants.

    I’ve finished the other five A5s I was working on, this one’s just weird.

    Second problem, I have a plain peddler’s gem renamed as Prospector’s Stone.

    And some plain journeyman’s rings with the cooking and light armor skill removed.

    But when I combine these on an altar the journeyman’s ring is what’s left.

    Happened 6 out of 6 times.

    Another of the journeyman’s rings just ate this dagger.
