    I made a very rough mockup of tower states. I’ve never done Pixel art before and only spent about 10 minutes in MS Paint on it, so be gentle.

    Normal, Tribe, and Off states depicted.

    A decaying one would be good too.

    Feathers are not easy to find and showing everyone that your towers are off is not good at all. I’d suggest to make the ON/OFF status available only for the owner. Current action is not reliable due to servers lags. Sometimes you are not 100% sure you switched it ON before logout and this you get OCD

    im pretty sure you can turn towers on with no arrows and if you cant its pretty easy to check unless they have like 15 towers on screen in which case they should be able to afford some feathers or fertilised eggs.
