you wouldnt be able to one shot anyone? the dragons flame does 20% of damage of 5 tiles in a slow manner and it would be nerfed on sk and its a book so it would have levels

you would easily be able to one shot anyone. ust walk up. hit them with mace… when they start running use the skill.. good chance u hit them with 2-3 of them before they realize their error.

Learn the skill on a couple of lvl 1 noobies and pwn any high level char.

I think its a good idea… but instead of % life just do like X damage instead… or a much lower % like 6% per blast

You don’t realize that you can already instakill someone with Dash, Disorient and Whirlwind.
Adding more damage abilities would just increase the insta-rape even more.
