at 2:05 pm Brazilian time there was a reboot on the usw2 server and because of this I lost my ring at the glowing altar, it simply disappeared, I would like to receive my ring again or some form of refund

Deberian anunciar el reinicio de las uw, me pasó casi igual pero por suerte en es emomento solo tenía el ítem que iba a quemar.

I don’t believe you’ll get an answer on this here, I would suggest submitting a contact form: http://www.mysteralegacy.com/contact/ . Not sure that will help you either, I think at some point this has happened to most everyone somehow, but, it might be worth asking.
