    Yesterday had 3 blue stars in archery, 10 trained and 13 bonus from gear what gives me 53, and on my skill tab it was 53.
    Today after reinc i have 4 blue stars in archery (and 4 skill mastery) wear same eq +13 archery and on my skill tab i see archery 40 + 10 while i have 40 from blues

    Is it possible your skill mastery is not high enough due to the reincarnation.

    Is it possible your skill mastery is not high enough due to the reincarnation.

    You should be able to overcap your skill level beyond your mastery using equipment. Either that was changed or how it was displayed was changed.
