Character name bug

Hi dev or whoever .im sea server Jadenyu.and now im login and show jadenyu which is without capital J .is it will affected my in game estate permission which is i cant enter my own house which is cause of no capital J.Im truly support the game u can check my purchase record and often do own event in sea server for all ppl hav fun.So if this bug really happend at me .I maybe will quit .So in short words i did giv this game many support.Did i deserve for solve this bug?thx.sry for rip english.

Hi Jadenyu, according to our logs your account was created as jadenyu (lowercase) in May. All of your structures and items are tied to this, so you should have no issues using doors or anything like that. Let me know if I misunderstood you, or need to clarify further. Thanks!

Hi thx for reply,but are u sure im do with lower capital j not J?i use this name on most of the game i play :Jadenyu which is i dont think i will put wrong to lower capital.thx
