Collecting data for the beta, if anyone has items or runes they’d like I can see what I can do. +3s are no longer guaranteed at 100 but they are more common.
Just keep in mind that each + and rune add 3 to an item’s character level req.
June 28, 2017 at 6:28 am #2681IMO Ancient, Reverent and Stained are the ones to get. If you get reverent 4-5 I would have some interest.
June 28, 2017 at 6:29 am #2682Also I’m hijacking your thread because my bug report wouldn’t post for some reason.
https://ibb.co/j3Sd7k Exploration is 31. https://ibb.co/fOqWSk So why is it medium armor?
June 28, 2017 at 7:19 am #2683Any items in particular Furious? 🙂 I should have a few Nobleman’s Jacket and Wanderer’s Garbs +3 Radiant(4)s. Also I didn’t think blue stars counted towards your highest skill when reincarnating but I could be wrong.

I could’ve sworn crafting and knitting were supposed to hard cap at 100 but after hitting 101 in both I’m getting guaranteed +3s. Potentially not intended behavior.

Some early stats for 101 crafting coming soon.
June 28, 2017 at 8:55 am #2684So… crafting fishing isn’t amazing. Only 23 out of 100 crafts were runed, none were higher than a (3), of which there were only two. All the others were (1)s and (2)s. Small sample but really blunt results. I wouldn’t expect any miraculous rune combos from crafting unless it’s buffed heavily.

On the other hand knitting is great. 59 out of 80 crafts were runed (73%), and 15 had (5)s: 6 were Ancient, 4 were Glowing, 0 were Radiant (boo), and 5 were Stained. Since Radiant had a healthy number of (3)s and (4)s (6 of each) I assume the lack of (5)s is just RNG due do the small sample size.
However even with knitting it was rare for an item to have more than 7 total runes if you added them all together (only 3 out of the 59 did; one 9, one 10, and one 12). So it looks like you can prioritize one high rune stack, or get a more moderate spread, but getting multiple (4-5)s is going to be a long long shot.
Versus crafting:
June 28, 2017 at 1:35 pm #2686Blue stars do count towards highest skill rating but not at full worth. They are worth at least five skill levels and might be worth up to eight from my calculations.

https://image.ibb.co/gknfNk/reincarnation.pngSeryn, I would suggest trying with different items for crafting. Even with as little as 25 crafting I got about 20% runed items (small sample of about 40 crafts) for grass bands. How much materials an item needs may be a factor in how often one gets runes.

I would be surprised in that case. But I’ve also done 50 iron daggers with the same result, only 13 were runed and all the runes were weak. Which was unpleasant given how much of a pain in the neck getting 2K iron was.
I will be doing a 1k crafting session though just to get a better sample size.
