Ignore Feature not fully functional

when adding a player to /ignore it blocks their chat in the Global channel only.

you can still be /tell’d by those people and you can still see the chat in Local and Tribe as well. if I am adding someone to Ignore I don’t want to see the messages Period.

Before some update /ignore would tell the ignored party “they cant hear you” but this is no longer a thing. We tested it.
