The confession of wrongdoing is admissable as evidence of guilt in the court of law, if people don’t want to be punished for breaking the rules then they should not be confessing to everyone and their brother that they are breaking the rules.
There may be people endeavoring to desensitize people to such claims so they can openly talk about what they do (hacks, exploits) and pass messages to other rulebreakers with impunity, but it is still unacceptable.
Only a moron thinks it’s cute to go screaming “I COMMITTED A FELONY”, so I think someone must have a lot of guilt weighing on their conscience to give themselves away. The exploits and “hacks” may be little more than interfering with how the client sends and receives packets to the server, and may not offer any sizeable advantage, but we would be remiss in not seizing those who say they use hacks and exploits.
Common sense.
