    No, it is not.

    Many so-called “pro” players voluntarily take on the burden of infamy for the server. To teach the spammers, scammers, raiders and troll (like the original poster btw). This would only make it easier for trolls to infamybait certain players and then kill them.

    I wish to agree with the sentiment Keftedaki made. Normally I would say so in a more expletive ridden way by using politically incorrect (and frankly disturbing) language [Removed] But I must be careful for I am being watched on this forum. So I use the nice words.

    Many of the suggestions made are pretty absurd. Walls fighting back, even better towers,… Thise would create unbeatable fortresses, effectively making a status above PvP a thing for the rich players which in turn leads to power abuse and downwards punching.

    Shooting arrows over your own walls could lead to a fun game of trolling like that. Easily abused…

    Repairing while under attack is a horrible idea. There is a very good way to defend if your base is under attack. Reload your towers. Call on your allies and go out and fight them. It is a social game, having friends is a big part of it.

    The push trap idea could be fun and might even work in a defence, there should also be a foil though. Throw a bucket of dirt on it?. It has some trolling potential but mostly harmless. Your other trap ideas were not good.

    Lucas, i think griefers would love your idea. They could dis into houses and not get killed and steal everything, they could build walls around your base and you’d have no way of stopping or ‘punishing’ them.

    The pvp command is not about playing the game one way or another. It is about not accidentally getting killed for swinging your sword or hammer on a wall that is close to towers.

    Instead of thinking of ideas to avoid pvp. Try to think of ideas so that people who abuse power or hurt other players for no reason have an extra reason not to do so. For example: having nowhere to hide where you cannot be killed or raided. This way people who make the game less fun for others will be forced to adjust their playing style or face an unplayable situation where they get killed wherever they go.

    Same problem as your last idea. It helps the pk’ers more than anyone else. You would never be able to get back things that were raided or do anything about scammers and griefers. If anything the deathcost should increase.

    If your ideas were implemented then it would become even worse for you.

    Omg zaigal I love you but this is a horrible suggestion. If you want to make servers safer and make pk’ers less of a problem then he should enable pvp on arena ruins, southern passage and most importantly in wolf cave. Safe zones benefit trolls and pk’ers way more than it would keep others safe.

    The problem with random pk’ers has grown with every green zone added. I could live with it if it were just crossroads that has no pvp but the fact that killers amd their alts can safely stay in southern passage and arena ruins is gamebreaking. There should also be no possibility to get myst in areas with no pvp. It is a rookie mistake by the dev that these green zones exist and it has been hurting the game since they were introduced.

    Have to agree that it is very demotivating to collect heavy and light armors with good runes and then enchant them with gems only to notice that you are better off with max dodge and no armor…

    Seryn, someone told me that feeding the sheep lettuce instead of tinder gives better results, maybe you could try that.

    Also when you compare to the old method, do you mean: breed, shear, kill and repeat?

    I understand that wool farming had to change. killing new sheep in newbie village was too easy (and feels dirty) and few people even bred their own sheep. But I kept telling everyone on the server to always carry shears and to shear wild sheep. Now that almost never gives you any wool. Could we at least change that sheep in galebrook that spawn (=are not bred) have 5 wool on them if sheared?

    On the subject of wool and yarn. I thought it was crazy OP to let us spin 4 yarn per wool (very rarely 5). And it totally was for a while but now that wool isn’t as readily available it is a lot less unbalanced. Guaranteed two yarn per wool at knitting lvl 100 would have made a lot more sense and of course spinning should give a tiny, super small amount of knitting xp.

    Is all of this preparation for the silk armors we were promised months ago? (Please change silk to alpacawool)

    using up yarn happens when you select the piece and then press knit. Then you still have to hold down action until you get a success. For Friar’s Robe you would need to not fail at 5 checks in a row. That will not work on your first try but you will get xp and eventually it will always get made.

    I have not yet knitted a piece and not received and I have knitted several items already.

    I agree with Kaios, recent changes like Wellington and Wolf Cave have made it so that people who are toxic and abusive can play and progress in safe zones without fearing pvp repercussions from other players. This prevents people from wanting to be “Good Guys”. Why try to hunt and kill someone for saying racist crap if they can just get easy myst in Wolf Cave? Why raid someones base and steal their stuff so they might think twice before threatening to [removed by mod] someone if they keep all their stuff and sleep in Wellington?

    Safe zones mainly protect trolls and make the game a less safer place for people who do not want to PvP.

    About the toxicity in the server, I think it is very low in EU. I wouldn’t say it is a big issue.

    Better idea would be to eliminate safe zones so you could have killed them for slowing you or asked one of your friends to kill that player. They probably only do that because it is a safe zone. And Safe zones encourage trolling and abuse…

    Just rope up and steal their stones or break the walls or build your own stone farm or dis them when they walk out and then steal their stones or kill them after they mine and then steal their loot ….

    so many good solutions
    Posting on the forum to complain was not one of them.
