    a guy just attacked a friend that was breaking a wall with me,he started to run and i killed him.
    he ran out of infamy at the last second and i got 1 hour of infamy because of it.
    u shouldnt be able to lose infamy in pvp

    Not a bug? A guy attacked, got 10s infamy, did his 10 steps/swings and got cleared. I doubt that he even had an intention to fight, most likely attacked accidentally.
