im bugged plz help

hi team..i reaaalllly enjoyed the game… hardcore retro old school rpg… the one master piece missed for years.
i have a problem
i startet to play with my friend: brilliant
and my name: AcRoNoXx
BUT.. he is lvl 38 and im 14!!!
we both play same hourse almost

i saw many times, that im not receiving aaany experience from actions! for example
i go digging for 15 minuts.. not even a single -1- xp
i started to build something… get my wooden walls to stone, after some blocks i saw i got noooo xp 😀
and yes i think im bugged.. it wasnt like this at first.. i just noticed after i suddenly saw beilliant become 38… and i was still 14
they told my to do some digging… cuz of its experience, but i checked and nothing earned
building: nothing
farming!!!! nothing
i used to lvl to 10 with farm only..
in nutshell: im not relieving xp properly and based on rules

I think you have to keep the hunger bar up or else you won’t gain the regular amount of XP. Is what I noticed.
