Auto PvP toggle

Few days in a row PvP gets toggled on randomly for two of my accounts i am playing on. I do not know what causes it but it is starting to get annoying. And no, i am not the one turning it on myself and later forgeting it.
On my ascended acc i often hunt in UW and on my reinc most of my time i spend mining. Have zero relations to each other but pvp gets on randomly for either. Not sure if its matter or not, but i am playing on pc when this happens. There is no notification in chat that pvp gets toggled on, i find about it only when i hit someones wall or a player when i am auto-pickaxing. The most recent scenario – i am on main road shopping and while walking i hit that action button (cause why not), and bam – pvp on for some reason and i demo wall and towers shoot me. Lucky me i survive. So as a normal player i turn pvp off, drop bought items home and go mining. And then i walk into someones house with auto walk by accident. And BAM, PVP ON AGAIN.
This needs to be fixed asap.
