4G connection

Hi.
I cant connect with my 4g.
It s a shame since that game would be so cool in public transportation or whenever I travel somewhere.
I ve looked everywhere on the internet, on the forum here, and for other games, since I think my problem comes from a setting in my phone.
The question already have been askedbut never answered.

I already tried vpn and dns, no change.

Any idea?
